Our workshops are open to all individuals who believe they may benefit. Each workshop utilizes diverse methodologies, materials, and information specifically designed to improve an individual’s wellbeing and lifestyle.

Counselling/Workshop Hubs

Our Counselling Hub has been operating for three years. As our services evolved, we extended our provision. Like the Creative Garden Workshop, the hub offers a calm atmosphere.

A white aesthetic is used during one-to-one counselling sessions to minimize distractions for clients. The room is designed to maximise natural light, which helps to enhance mood. The inclusion of artificial plants and a cosy ambience creates a comfortable environment, providing balanced scenery for those using it during their sessions.

The hub is frequently used to host social events. We organize various awareness events, such as World Menopause Day, and events focusing on domestic violence and sexual abuse awareness, along with other related topics. These events aim to offer support to those impacted.

Holistic Therapy Workshop

Every Monday morning, the Just for Women Centre is delighted to welcome Alison who hosts a calming and restorative workshop for our clients. Their sessions blend holistic practices such as breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and nature-inspired mindfulness to support emotional wellbeing and inner balance.

These workshops have become a cherished part of our weekly rhythm, offering a safe space for reflection, relaxation, and personal growth. Clients consistently share how these sessions help reduce stress, improve mood, and foster a deeper sense of connection with themselves and others.

Alison brings warmth, wisdom, and a gentle energy that continues to make a meaningful impact in our community.

Alison curates immersive workshops that blend movement, mindfulness, and nature-based healing. Highlights include:

Somatic Experiences in the Woods – A grounding journey through soft movement, meditation, sound baths, and drum washes beneath the trees

Cold Water Immersion & Breathwork – Invigorating sessions that awaken the senses and reconnect you with your breath.

Treatments by Alison who is a Reiki practitioner with a deep love for peaceful, gentle healing. Her treatments include:

Reiki Energy Healing – A calming, hands-on therapy that promotes emotional balance and chakra alignment.

Meditation & Sound Therapy – Sessions featuring soothing frequencies like 432Hz/172Hz, natures sounds and calm music to support deep relaxation and inner peace.

Nature-Inspired Healing – Incorporating forest soundscapes, Celtic instruments, and ASMR elements to create a serene sensory experience.
